Additional sessions
In light of the developing Covid-19 outbreak, I have set up additional sessions to help people who need someone to talk to during this difficult time.
Online and phone sessions
With social distancing measures in place, I have set up additional online and phone sessions for those who might need someone to talk to. This is a really unsettling time for a lot of people, and you’re not alone if you feel that way too. At the moment, the best way for me to accommodate new clients is either over Skype or on the phone. Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more.
Outdoor sessions
Everyone feels differently about the current situation, and for some people meeting outdoors feels more comfortable. If this is you, you can find out more by clicking here. These sessions are similar to traditional therapy sessions that take place inside, but instead we will be walking or running outside..
NHS workers
In order to support those working in the NHS during this difficult time, I have allocated space for some shorter, 30 minute online and phone sessions at a discounted rate. This is available for anyone working in the NHS, from cleaners to surgeons. Anyone who feels they need to talk. Please enquire for more information.

About me
I am a fully qualified counsellor & psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
Location
My traditional therapy practice is located on Brick Lane in Shoreditch, but movement therapy can take place in a selection of outdoor spaces in London.
